Roll Technique
The shorter days provide a natural time to take advantage of our Pools in Eugene/Springfield during evening roll sessions. This is the the place to dial in your roll and other important techniques. The roll is complex and unfortunately if learned incorrectly, it can be painstaking to unlearn bad habits.
Please reach out if I can help you efficient and safely learn to roll this winter season! The $70 per session will be a major investment in your progression and you won't regret it. You can also split this cost between two of you, if you want a "tune up" session. Monday and Wednesday evenings.
